I understand maintenance is busy with maintenance issues. I would like to see more communication from them in regards to maint requests as to followup or if closed out as completed. They installed new verticals a couple weeks ago and the wand isn't loose enough to slide or open. They were supposed to follow up. I sent a maint request today. AC was dripping last week inside unit and was told the lines were cleared and that a request for new unit would be submitted, as a lot of prev problems with this AC. I have not heard anymore on this.
The guys all work hard and very polite . I am quite aware how the previous ownership let this beautiful property deteriate and there is a lot of catch up. Sometimes communication helps save time .
